Mixing of fluids is a very complex field, even for those that already work and research on that. Is very important to have experience, good tools and technical material for research.
The industry generally has dificults to develop efficient projects for mixing of fluids with the manufacturers. There are few specialists on this area.
The company Sinergia Engenharia e Representações is aware of these dificults and apreciated the Cerebro initiative of produce a software to mixing system. Sinergia partners has a large experience working with companies who were the leaders in the mixing system market.
The calculation software developed by Cerebro, called CerebroMix - design pressure vessels and Mixing Systems, has filled a gap by guiding the first evaluation on the basic engineering day-by-day work.
It is a simple to use tool with many advantages:
- Provide to the new engineers many information.
- Make the work of the seniors engineers fast, without spending time on provide informations about phisical space required, power requered and others important characteristics.
- Make possible to simulate many options of investiment quickly by the data provided by the calculations of the software.

Clariant S/A have been using the software CerebroPV (Pressure Vessels) and CerebroMix (Pressure Vessels and Fluid Mixing) since the product launching. By this way, have followed the development of the products of Cerebro S/A, with features have helped so much the day-by-day technical works.
On each upgrade or update, Cerebro has confirmed the quality of its products, as far as the contents, the interactivity and the excellence of the technical support .
One of the advantages of the program is the way we can issue a calculation report, we can choose since a simple summary until a easy understanding very detailed report.
The possibility of working in our native language (unique in brazilian market) make easier the internal documentation. The option of issue the report in another language (english) and another unit system is a great advantage for us.
Clariant S/A, present in a dozen of countries, as a leader in the field of fine and specialty chemicals, needs high technology and assurance. The software from Cerebro has meet our expectations.

The CUME Industrial Ltda is a manufacturer of equipments and its main idea is provide not just industrial equipments on demand, but provide support to our customer on the development of their products, process optimization and reliability of the systems.
Around 400 tons/month in voltage transformers, ovens, storage tanks, pressure vessels, reactors, mixing systems, miner equipments and others, with carbon steel and high alloy steel in an area of 40000m².
As a large part of this production is designated to the external market, we need reliable technical tools as the software of Cerebro. The use of these tools together with our technical staff created new opportunities for our company and made our relationship with Cerebro much more than customers of their software.
Cerebro has been our technical consultant for design and manufacturing, aimed to get the ASME certification, specially the stamp ”U“ ( for pressure vessels ASME Section VIII Div. 1).
Besides the software and the support for certification, Cerebro has made special projects supporting our staff, and providing to our customers the most modern techniques of the market.

I have used intensively the software Cerebromix as the main tool in my research in the equipment process area, with envolves pressure vessels and mixing system.
The software provide a way to simulate several situations of the industrial process in few time, optimizing the results of the cientific research. The software was used too to colect technical information used in technicals articles with were published in international magazines and presented in international meetings.
Furthermore, I have participated of Cerebro technical meetings and used his articles.

"Rodrinox Ind. E Com. Ltda., manufacturer company of storage and processes tanks, comes specializing in the supply of reactors and agitator systems to Chemical, Petro-Chemical, Foods, Pharmaceutics, Cosmetics, etc industries.
To accelerate the customer service and to standardization our engineering process, we adopted the CerebroMix program. This provided more speed and safety in our designs. CerebroMix program is a tool that helps us a lot in the assembling of ASME Calculations for preparation of Inspection Data Reports for pressure vessels with the aim of we satisfy the NR-13 requirements and in the assembling of technical specifications.
Many agitator systems were already designed and installed with success from the use of the software. In spite of it doesn’t excuse technical knowledge of the software user the tool is used with great success in agitation processes, as much to verifying installed agitators as new designs.

"As a researcher of subjects related to the design of storage tanks and fluid processes (agitation, reaction, powder mixture and filtration), having oriented students in master and doctor degree courses with several thesis defences about the matter, I leave here my opinion about the CÉREBROMIX software :
Word-widely speaking, the areas linked to the basic equipment for processing fluids and to the unitary operations, have never had a software of this level.
Extremely interactive, it provides, at the same time, last generation computational resources with trustful results based on a consistent theory and the long-years experience in the manufacture of heads, atmospheric and pressurized vessels and agitation systems.
