Edimilson Souza - Founder and Superintendent Director of Cérebro S.A. Enterprise, is a Mechanical Engineer graduated by UNESP (Paulista State University), with Post-Graduation in Thermodynamics at USP (São Paulo University), Master Degree in the area of Energy and Fluids at UNESP and International Executive MBA by FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation) and Ohio University in the area of Negotiation and Information Technology.
He was a University professor at UNESP (Paulista State University) for six years in the area of Energy and Fluids.
Responsible for the development and designs of hundreds of equipment and process rooms for fluids installed in Brazil and Latin America for a variety of industries in several sectors, such as : Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Brahma, Antarctica, Schincariol, Cutrale, Citrosuco, Frutesp, Cambuhy Citros, Cargil Citrus, Bayer, Bristol Myers Squibb, Cilag Farmacêutica, Johnson & Johnson, Boehringer, Sandoz, Ciba Geigy, Gessy Lever, Fleischmann & Royal, Dow Química, etc.

He published the book named Operações Unitárias no Tratamento do Xarope de Açúcar" (Unitary Operations in the Treatment of Sugar Syrup); attended several congresses, seminars and international fairs in Europe and in the United States of America. He develops researches in the areas of agitation, filtration, thermal exchange, powder mixture and automation of process factories in the area of liquids, having realized several scientific publications.

BNDES - National Bank for Economic and Social Development - Cérebro S.A. through the expertise of its enterprisers has elaborated its business plan, requesting in February, 2000, its inclusion in the support to the Software Sector program, named PROSOFT, created by BNDES and SOFTEX (Brazilian Society for Promoting Software Exportation).

In August 2000, signed a risk contract with BNDES, being the first arising company to be qualified in the referred program, up to that date, with the purpose of launching its products in the international market.

SOFTEX - Society for Promotion of Excellency of the Brazilian Software - Through the Campinas regional center - State of São Paulo, is one of our great partners in our company. It is a Society working together BNDES (Risk Investor) and the borrower, with the purpose of obtaining resources and following the execution of its business plan, having the following INSTITUTIONAL POLICY, validated in the I Meeting of the Administration Board of the Brazilian Society for Promoting Software Exportation - SOFTEX, on 12/04/96, made available in the SOFTEX site.
